Nature and the sea, the inspiration for the new Vondom fabrics
Our constant inspiration from nature and the sea has given life to the new fabric collections, named after coastal locations. These names not only evoke the beauty of the seascape, but also reinforce our connection to the coast, a fundamental element in Vondom’s history and DNA.
Portonovo combines simplicity and functionality, inspired by the serenity of a quiet harbour. Fisterra stands out for its unique design and superior comfort, inspired by the western end of the Galician coast. Baiona, with its body and density, reflects the solidity and elegance of its surroundings. Calella, with its rich and playful texture, captures the essence of a charming seaside town. Altea and Arousa, meanwhile, bring a freshness and vitality that evoke the vibrant Mediterranean and Atlantic landscapes.
In another line, Suances, a modern and cosy terry fabric, provides warmth and delicacy. Ribadeo combines the elegance of linen with the finesse of textile, evoking the rich and visually interesting texture of marbled yarns. Louro perfectly complements Ribadeo with its neutral colour and versatile freshness, ideal for creating harmony in spaces. Getaria and Zumaia present a combination of textures and tones that bring a refined and contemporary touch, inspired by the Basque coast.
Finally, the Roses, Llanes, Teguise and Moraira collections stand out for their unique and functional designs, ideal for decorative cushions and complementary fabrics. Roses, with its small terry weave and water-repellent properties, combines functionality and style in neutral colours. Llanes, with its classic striped design and coolness to the touch, is perfect for those looking for a practical and elegant touch to their décor. Teguise, designed for decorative cushions, adds character and elegance with its contrasting striped design. Moraira, with its original striped design, integrates perfectly with other collections, adding a distinctive and vibrant touch.
